Cybergate was born out of a simple frustration - Malaysian businesses were spending too much on IT, getting too little in return, and were left exposed to growing cybersecurity threats. We decided to change that.
We started in 2014 providing IT support to small businesses across Selangor. In 2020 we rebranded as Cybergate MSP Technology with a sharper focus: bring enterprise-level IT and cybersecurity to businesses of all sizes, at a cost they can actually afford.
Today we operate from Shah Alam and our Melaka HQ, serving businesses across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka with a full-stack team covering IT support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, hardware supply, web development and SEO.
